Beginning.......Again

Have you ever noticed that some “Beginnings” are different than other Beginnings. Some “Beginnings” happen for the first time while other Beginnings begin “Again,” like getting up in the morning to go to school or work. Getting up in the morning and heading off to “Begin” the first day of school or work is much different than getting up in the morning and heading off to Begin school or work “Again” after the first year. “Beginning” the day in a new relationship is different than Beginning the day “Again” in a yearlong relationship. “Beginning” and Beginning “Again” are like cousins from the same family and yet both “Beginnings” have this one thing in common, a dream.

So what’s the difference between “Beginning” and Beginning “Again”? The character, or person, of “Beginning” includes Anticipation of something hoped for, Expectation of possibility and Fear of the unknown. While the character, or person, of Beginning “Again” includes Commitment to a decision made, Perseverance through the struggle experienced and Creativity, not to just deal with the obstacle, but to harness the obstacle and make it subject to the path we have chosen, even chosen “Again.”

Whether we are “Beginning” or Beginning “Again” remember that the Dream has never died, it has only grown stronger and with more conviction than when you Began.
